Pay Vouchers 1862

Recently I located my great-grandfathers pay voucher for January to September 1862. J.F. Roberts was a P.O.W. from April 7, to September of that year when he was exchanged at Vicksburg. That would certainly explain why his pay was so late. The vouchers were also signed by Captain H.T. Massengale, Quartermaster at Atlanta. I am attempting to gather some information on him and hope to post it here. There is another signature I am not sure of. Any information on who the signer is would be appreciated. The images have been thumbnailed for quicker viewing. Just click on each one for a stand alone full size image of each side of the voucher.
